To undertake the work concerning fair trade in import and export; investigate into discriminatory trade policies, laws and regulations against China’s exports and hold related consultations and negotiations; establish the precautionary mechanism of fair trade in import and export; direct and coordinate the response to anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard measures against China’s exports and related work.
